  • change default 10 frame time jump?

If I want to jump forward or backward in the time layout window, I hold shift-control-arrow. The same for nudging keyframes. This is great for 30fps comps, but currently working on a 24fps project and I have no sense of how far i’m moving things in time. I’d like to change the default to something like 6 frames, or 12 frames. I seem to remember a script, or a hack to the prefs file, but can’t seem to find any info on it. Does anyone know how to modify this default for jumping in time and nudging keyframes?
    thanks
