I restore old black-and-white photographs, and the standard gray cursor is almost invisible over gray areas of the photo.

I know I can’t change its color in Photoshop, but are there any scripts, plug-ins, etc. that could let me change the cursor outline to bright yellow, for example?

This seems like an easy thing for Adobe to provide for users (just like changing the cursor shape), but so far, it’s not available. I can’t believe that I’m the only person who has trouble seeing the cursor outline over b/w photos.

Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

    1. Saying OS and version of PS would help us help you
    2. PSCS2 better handles this issue and the cursors edges change ti stand out
