change clip hi-lite color in bin
Posted by Mark Adamcik on August 1, 2007 at 8:58 pmHow can I change the color (blue) of a selected clip in a bin?
It’s hard for me to see the blue hi-lite!
I’ve tried Interface settings and the Edit function with a bin selected.
Thanks for any help.Mark Adamcik replied 18 years, 9 months ago 3 Members · 4 Replies -

August 2, 2007 at 2:01 amfirst click on the clip whose color you wanna change, then go to edit tab at top, a drop down menu will show and go to set clip color, then choose the color you want.

August 2, 2007 at 12:06 pmThat’s right, BUT, what about the HI-LIGHT color that shows which clip is selected in the bin?
Do you think that can be adjusted? -

August 3, 2007 at 12:34 pmThe Windows Display setting in the Appearance tab (Advanced – Item: Selected Item)does change the high-light color in a Windows folder, BUT not the selected item in the Avid bin.
Am I doing something wrong? Does this work for you?
Windows settings do interact with Avid settings, but I can’t see how to change the Avid bin high-lite (selected item) color.
Maybe I’ll just let it go.
I appreciate your time and help.
