    Hi….

    FCPX does a great job of changing speed of clip and pitch adjusting.

    In this video I don’t need this.

    I need a repeat of one clip 5 times each time faster than last to get sillier and sillier…. I can re adjust via pitch effect but wondered if there was a pref short cut key etc. Thanks.

    The “Preserve Pitch” setting is actually ON by default. You can switch it in the retime menu in the toolbar.

    Then you must not have a retimed clip selected?
