  Chainsaw Blade – Animating the Chain?

  I have a project where the client wants a chainsaw to cut out his logo. Problem I’m having is trying figure out how to get the chain to move properly around the blade because it is going to be up close at one point and at different angles as it moves around the logo. Any suggestions or is this something I’ll need to use a modeling and animation app for?
