CF card video
Hi all,
I need to extract a still frame from a video stream on a CF (compact flash)card. It plays in Windows Media player and is listed as an .avi, 15fps at 320×240 resolution.
Only the audio portion opens in Vegas 4.0e. Is there a codec I need to open the video file in Vegas so that I can grab a still frame?
I have a screen capture program, but I’d like to avoid the quality hit by opening the file directly.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Download and install an MJPEG codec (assuming this came from a digital still camera).
