Certified Motherboards
I just got done building a new machine for my friend its a Sandybridge Intel board. I got him a black Magic Inensity Pro board which didnt work. Tech Support said the MB was incompatable. We were just going to scrap the Intensity and go with something else but we decided to switch out the MB. Is there a list of compatible motherboards?

Hello Randy,
I have some Intensities running over Asus P8H67-V. They have no problems at all with driver v.8.X (I will try v.9 soon).The Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 doesn’t work on it. The latest USB 3.0 driver improves something (now the device is detected), but still inputs and outputs are solid black 🙁

But it should work with an USB3 Add in board (we’ve tested the Asus P8P67Pro which onboard USB3 was spotty). But the add in boards worked fine.
However he’s not talking about the shuttle. He’s talking about the Intensity Pro which I’d guess should work as well.

Thanks guys I got a working system FYI to BMD the Asus P8Z68-VLX works fine with the Intensity pro.
