  Certain Subclips Not Relinking to Master Clips

  Hi everyone, we had to re-transcode some rushes to correct a LUT, which we then used the new MXFs (identical settings except for the LUT) to swap places with the old in Avid MediaFiles.

  All the Master clips successfully relinked but a number of (seemingly random) Subclips lost links to their respective Master clips, so are showing as Offline. Recreating the Database hasn’t helped. We haven’t established any pattern among the Offline Subclips that could hint to why this happened to just those and not the entire lot. In the meantime, we’ve reverted back to the previous MXFs and all Subclips are back Online.

  We are running Media Composer 8.9.2 on a shared ISIS 5500 between 2x Mac Pro OS X 10.11.5 and 1x iMac OS X 10.11.4
