So, this is not particularly Apple OS X related, but a pretty general issue that could be helped by people in the know…
My friend took some photos on her Android phone, 9 photos within about 30 seconds, though not in “burst” mode. The thumbnails depict what the photos SHOULD be, however, when each photo is opened, they are all the same one photo. We’ve tried copying/moving them one by one, sending via e-mail, bluetooth, etc to other devices and computers, and in all places have the same issue. The file names are all different, clearly depicting the date and time each photo was taken.

The thumbnails are all different in Cover Flow view on OS X as well, but when opened with preview, Photoshop, etc. the content is all the same one photo. I can’t figure out why this is happening or how to fix it. My only guess is just some sort of glitch on the original phone that took the photos, screwing up the data for all the photos, but that’s where my scope of knowledge/problem solving ends.

    Any suggestions/thoughts??

    Thank You!
