I’m sorry if this is an oft repeated topic but search really isn’t doing it for me.

I’m trying to do cel type animations with my tablet using vector paint. I knew someone who used to do entire animations using this effect. she’d draw every 4 or 5 frames and let AE interpolate. I’m just unsure about how to get AE to interpolate. I see an every frame function, a onion skin function. But how do you interpolate?

I also tried ‘paint’ but am not ready to animate every single stroke I make…

Hmm … Vector Paint doesn’t interpolate strokes. Your friend might have been drawing masks with the render>stroke effect applied … because masks interpolate.
