  CCD light streak skew?

  Notice the skew in the light streaks on this image?

  

  This is on a whip pan left, shot on my GY-HM700. The rest of the image isn’t skewing (like you’d get with a CMOS sensor) — just the light streaks. I never noticed this before — why is this happening?
