CC Sphere image blurry
Posted by Heather Crank on November 11, 2009 at 9:44 pmHello Everyone,
I’ve got a great spinning globe. When I add a camera and zoom into the continents, they look blurry (I’ve used a high res image for the earth map). Is there a way to work around or fix this without a 3-d program?
Thanks!
H

if you are using scale, you might try increasing the radius in cc sphere to see if that helps

I was using the z-axis of the camera…I’ll try scale and see if that works better.
Thanks!!!

November 12, 2009 at 3:26 amthat is one of the downsides of some 3d plug ins. They dont scale high rez imagery the same way a true 3d app interpolates one.

CC Sphere will hold resolution if you precompose it properly and use the correct scaling/zooming operation. Using a comp camera will yield a different result than using the camera in the filter.bogiesan
