I edit multicam shoots with matching time of day code, sending the cut timelines to DaVinci. I wasn’t able to use CS6 because it would not reference the original sources in an xml export, only the timecode from premiere’s own virtual clips. Is this fixed in v.7? Can I easily create a multiclip timeline with matching code like in FCP7?

    Thanks!

syncing via timecode or via audio in CC are options.

I believe there is a “flatten” feature in CC PPro that turns the multiclip timeline into a normal timeline that references original sources. Unlike FCP7 this is not a reversible feature, it’s like flattening in Photoshop.
