I believe they will be bundled with the final shipping version. I imagine it would be hard to convince the foundry and cycore to let Adobe release them with a free preview beta =)

The third party content (Cycore FX, Keylight and Color Finesse) will certainly be included in the final release.

not only that – thankfully, Adobe will be making them part of the sdtandard install – Steve K shared that with us at AENY.
