CC Composite transition effect
Hi, is there a way to combine CC Composite with a linear wipe to control the transition of a tint effect? i basically want to start of with a black and white image then using a linear wipe to transition to full colour, I’m aware I can use alphas and multiple ways to achieve this, but I’m specifically trying to keep this all on a single layer,

what about an adjustment layer with the wipe one…that would let you do it in 1 layer…kind of

You can use the compositing options in the tint effect to use a mask to control where the effect is.
Put a mask on your layer and then, in the timeline, twirl open the effects to see the tint effect and click that little plus at the bottom of it.– The Great Szalam
