CC 2018: Roto Brush is munching my RAM!
Hey folks! I’ve used Roto Brush before primarily on pretty short clips. This one I’m currently doing is a 15 second long one. Still pretty short I thought. While trying to freeze out this 15 second segment, it takes up all 32GB of my computer’s RAM in the process. As a result, the last three seconds or so fails out. I’m not sure what to do. Should I try to duplicate the layer and line up the layers? That doesn’t feel like the “right” way to fix this issue.
The file is DNxHD, I’m on a PC with 32GBs of RAM on the most recent version of After Effects.
Thanks!
