cbr
My client wants a video as QuickTime.mov * H264 * 1920 x 1080 * CBR 8Mb/s.
video is done in after effects, so when I want to export it with the Render Queue panel there is no option to set up CBR.
Can anyone help me to get video as .mov * H264 * 1920 x 1080 * CBR 8Mb/s.

I recommend rendering and exporting a losslessly encoded movie from After Effects and using a dedicated compression/encoding application to create the files for final delivery and distribution.
