CATDV VTape Offline when Archiving
I’m trying to archive in CATDV but the archive button is dimmed out and unclickable. Device Status says “Vtape Volume is offline”.
I clicked configure and all my settings appear to be correct: Archive location, Archive System & Hostname, username password, all appear to be set correctly.
Anyone else have this problem before?

I just had my own question answered…
so the Administrator password for the system was changed and I guess the Network couldn’t communicate to the archive/cache-a until it was changed back. phew!
