I’m testing it for archive our projects, but need to keep all files in the catalog…

But cataloging Droplets, gives me a lot of .plist, .strings, .dict etc…. how to use the “never import”…with several file-extentions…

    like:

    plist, strings, icons, nib

    etc. ?

    cheers Helge

I think it will accept a list in most formats (with or without a period etc.) but it then converts them all to its preferred format with spaces and no puncuation, eg.

    plist strings icons nib

Rolf, I think this is the .pkg thing I was talking about.

Helge, does the system take a “package” and give you the contents instead of the wrapped bundle? I was seeing that on some files and we had to .zip them to get them into the system.

Are you seeing the same thing?

If you add things like app and pkg to the list of excluded extensions that will prevent CatDV descending into those packages.
