October 30, 2014 at 6:34 pmUpdate re this feature.. it may not be supported until 2.0. In the meantime the existing ingest workflows are intact (PDZK-LT2, Content Browser) under Mavericks.
As always, features, specifications and release timing are subject to change without notice, but I will always try to get you guys the most up to date info I have.

October 30, 2014 at 6:47 pmThank-you Ian Cook , I am allready under Yosemite and iOS 8.1 , it was needed for best compatibility.
So can you tell us if Yosemite and Content Browser even if not supported present problem at the moment.
Since he may take a while for Catalyst Prepare to match Content Browser for Xdcam Workflow in OS X 10.10 , even if not official a working Content Browser in Yosemite is welcome.PRODUCTION D. GOYETTE

October 30, 2014 at 10:44 pmWhat about Catalyst Browse…do you have a manual online? And why will it only do one file at a time to trancode?

October 30, 2014 at 11:09 pmCurrently no, there is no online manual but the application is very easy to navigate and there is an included HTML help file.
We are looking into restoring multiple file transcodes in Browse. I will have an update on this shortly.

October 31, 2014 at 6:44 pmWhat should be the workflow using Sony Catalyst Prepare with FCP X at the moment for test purpose.
I understand using Sony Content Browser is the only option now but to get the feel of Catalyst at least.
I still need to know is there any bug using Content Browser with Apple Yosemite 10.10 public version.PRODUCTION D. GOYETTE

October 31, 2014 at 6:48 pmYou can use Catalyst Browse or Prepare to transcode to Pro Res or XAVC-I.
Content Browser is not supported under Yosemite. It may work but this is not guaranteed.
