I’ve got (what appears to be) a perfectly tracked match move and I have my logo floating in the scene nicely. Problem is when I use my plane object to capture a shadow – you can see the edges of the plane against the background. Is this a product of a bad track? Or is there some other way to do this? The track of my logo seems pretty good.

The plane that receives the shadow – I have provided the same material that’s on the background….switched projection to camera mapping, dragged the camera into it, added a compositing tag, turned off cast shadows (for the plane) and checked compositing background.

I feel like there should be a better way to do this.
