Cartoon filter install
I am trying to install the free cartoon filter using adobe AE CS3 on my new computer. I have deactivated AE CS3 on the old computer. When I click on the installer it says trial time expired. I thought these were fully licensed plugins. The free glitter effect would not work either but I was able to download a new installer and it worked. The cartoon filter can no longer be downloaded. Sounds like there might be an expiration on the installer. I’m guessing the files cannot be copied off my old computer to the new. Any ideas?

Hi Jeff,
The installers for these limited time freebie filters have an expiration date and I know for sure that the Cartooner filter installer is at this stage timed out. The only way around this is to purchase the filter for the new system.
