Cartoon effect
I now use Adobe CS 5.5 and noticed that AFter Effects no longer has the cartoon effect. Does anybody know how to create it from scratch in AE 5.5? Thanks.

Thanks Steve, I will check it out. However someone has informed me that it is still in AE, just buried a little under stylize.
