cartoon characters ??

Hello,
I am using the SE version, but whilst I was observing the version 3 demo, I saw a cartoon cat very much like the one outa Tom and Jerry cartoons. Is there somewhere I could get this cute little guy for the SE version ??
Are there any other similar type of cartoon characters ? ( for SE )

The other question is, is can anyone suggest what’s the best emitters to use for clip-art characters ? ie have them flash on the screen, swirl around a bit, etc. Just basic sort of stuff.

There’s a cartoon mouse in both the SE and 3.0 libraries (drawn by Frank Gabriel at Powerhouse Animation) but I don’t know about a cat.

Hi Alan,
Re the Cartoon Mouse character. I don’t seem to be able to find this little guy. I have searched and downloaded all the libraries-and still can’t find him. Could you please tell me what month/year or where to find him.

He’s in the “default” library, isn’t he? If not, you can download and install the pI3 demo, and the Mouse emitter is in the demo library.

Yes, I downloaded the 3.0 demo. Unfortunately I am using the SE version, so I guess I won’t be able to use him. Anyway, thanks for your help.

I hope the currect version still keep this pretty mice. I found him in folder – sample project – mice.ipf

Yes, the Mouse emitter works in SE. You may upload the project file. Actually, it’s still on the wondertouch server, but there is no direct link to it anymore, and it will probably be deleted at some point (so I won’t post the file link).
