Carbon Coder is removing captioning from .mov H264, etc.
I need help and I need it fast. A broadcast station using Carbon Coder to transcode all of their stuff before broadcast can’t seem to get my H264 master though the system without loosing all of the captioning. They are unsure if they can “Add in” the SCC as an alternative. Any Carbon pros out there that can help? I’m starting with a APR422 master and converting to H264.mov in adobe Media Converter. The final looks good in QT. Two other stations not using Carbon are happy with the QT file.
