    Yeah that title is in need of some clarification.

    I would like to make smoke with Trapcode Particular, form or whatever AE plugin that resemblance the smoke coming of a wheel wen a car makes a burnout. And now comes the tricky part, the look im going for is a cartoon smoke look. (cell shaded)

    So I figured out that with a null object which rotates a axis and a emitter light parented to that you get the circular motion to emit.

    My first go at it was frame by frame animation in flash (mattrunks recomandation) but I think the smoke should be more 3d’ish’.

    I don’t see why not. I’d suggest you handle the cel shading yourself with some custom particles.
