capturing via Sony VX1000
Hi everyone,
FCP has been recognizing my VX1000 intermittently, until this last week. Now, I cannot coax it into cooperation, and I have footage I’m in need of for a doc I’m working on. FCP does not recognize the firewire.
I have checked and re-checked the settings, but nothing seems to change. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?

Tried a different FW cable? They can cause problems I know.
