Capturing problems
Hi everyone.
I’ve just installed A ‘Matrox RTX 100 Xtreme’ card.
I now seem to only be able to capture a very short amount of video, anything from one second to 6 seconds. In the capture window it says ‘paused’. I did not instruct this to happen, then it comes up with ‘Unknown recorder error’. and then the option to save ‘captured clip’ and change the name if required comes up.
Don’t know if it’s the card or something in the preferences within ‘PremierePro’ that’s the problem.
Has anyone had the same problem or does anyone knows a solution?

More than likely, it is the card that is causing the problems. Did you follow the instructions step by step? Also see if the card manufacturer has an update posted on their site.
