  capturing hdv 720 24p

  i am trying to capture hdv 720 24p from a jvc 100u 24p camera into final cut pro 5.1.4
  i am able to control and see footage in log and capture, but i can’t capture. capture now won’t work and batch capture, the capture won’t stop at out point. please help
