  Capturing from Canon HV20

  SO I just recently bough a Canon HV20 and am unable to capture the video correctly. Two question
  1) What project setting do I need, i.e. NTSC Standard 48KHz or what?
  2) What settings do I need to change on my camcorder in order to capture video from it?

  I shot the video in 24fps if that helps. THANKS
