Just got a new MacPro at work.

I can no longer capture video from my decks, which all run through an AJA.

The old settings in FCP for capturing from/printing to the AJA were:

Device Control: AJA to LA RS-422 NTSC
Capture/Input: AJA Io LA: YPbPr SMPTE/N10 8-bit NTSC 48 KHz
    Video Playback: ProIO – NTSC J – Component YPbPr SMPTE N10 – 8-bit 422 (720 x 486)

I cannot find these settings anywhere in FCP. How on earth do I capture/print to video now?

You installed all the latest (correct) AJA drivers for your device on the Mac Pro?

I bet that’s it – I had nothing to do with the computer’s assembly, installations, etc. – Mac Specialist was just supposed to configure it like our last computer. I contacted our IS guy and told him the problem. He had no clue what I was talking about, but said he’d contact Mac Specialist and hopefully they’ll be able to get this corrected ASAP.

Thank you – I didn’t know where to start with this one.
