  Capturing from a Blackmagic device to FCP

  I have the blackmagic software control switcher.
  I want to use program SDI out into my blackmagic decklink SDI in to capture in FCP7
  On FCP my device control is set to Black magic HDTV 1080i 50 and my capture/input setting is blackmagic PAL (Because we are based in South Africa)- DV. Yet it still is not picking up. is there any alternative to this
