    Capturing DVC PRO HD shot on Varicam…

    Hi. Is it possible to capture something shot in 720P on the Varicam to an UNCOMPRESSED quicktime via firewire in FCP? The way ive done it in the past is capture in its native format which is usually DVC PRO HD 720P60.

    If you have a capture card then yes. Over firewire – no
