capturing different res. in MC4
Hey everyone,
Im working on an 1080p project on media composer 4 with XDCAM EX clips and Im trying to capture some 25p pal material from a mini DV.
Is it possible to mix different formats and resolution in the same project? at the moment both the capture tool and the media creation dont allaw me the option of changing the video resolution.
can anyone help?!

You have to start a project in that format.
Once you have captured to media to a bin you can then open that bin from the original project.

how do i open a bin which is created in a new project with the original project? any problems editing the two different formats on the same timeline? -
I believe File> Open Bin
I believe this functionality was added with MC 4, not in front of a machine right now maybe someone else can confirm.
