Capturing Audio
I got Sony Vegas Pro 8. And I am using a Samsung camcorder. I capture video (with a USB 2.0, because my computer doesn’t have a firewire hookup) and I capture video just fine. But when I playback what I captured, no audio. At all. It’s checked in the preferences, that it will capture audio too, but it doesn’t obviously. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a preference that will help that I havn’t seen? Help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I had a problem with this on Studio 9 when I first bought it. The way I sorted this out was to download a patch from Song and bingo problem solved. Hope this helps Ro
