capturing 24Pa footage
hey,
i recently bought a dvx100B camera, and have been shooting in the 24P advanced mode, and was wondering when i want to capture it in to avid, are there any settings i have to change, like the pulldown or something else…? or does avid do that all for you?thanks!

Create a 23.976 NTSC project and you a pretty mnuch good to go. Set up deck configuration manually for camera if you are using the camera as a deck.

okay thanks! thats what i’ve been doing but it seemed too simple after readingf about how premeire or FCP captures 24P
