    It is my understanding that if the final output format is video that shooting in 24P avd (dvx 100) editing in a 29.97 timeline is o.k. What I couldn’t find out is what the difference is by having your capture presets set at 29.97 when it is shot in 24P avd 60i. Can someone point me in the right direction. I am on a crazy deadline. I noticed that some of my pans seem jittery.

    Dave,

    I am veiwing it on a JVC TM 150. I am editing in a 30P timeline and everything else looks solid. Could you clarify what happens to 24p 60i when you capture it at 29.97 in FCP
