I have control of my camera through avid as far as play rewind, etc but when I select video and audio to capture it tells me “no input signal present.” Any help problem solving this one would be much appreciated. Thanks.

select the right input. If coming in via firewire, you’ll have to select the firewire input in your audio and video input settings in your capture tool.
It’s very buggy so if you have the right inputs and it’s still fussin, you may have to reboot your bob. I also get DNA errors when plugging in new devices and more often than not, have to delete all decks in deck configuration then remount them.

Thanks for you advice. I did what you told me to with no success except for rebooting my bob. Sorry for asking but what is the “bob”?

“Break Out Board”, probably the Mojo, or Adrenaline or whatever, if you do have a BOB. If you don’t then your only option is firewire in and out.
