  Captured xmf files without Utility.

  I’ve been using a Canon XF100 for about a month now and have been dragging the footage straight onto my computer. Now I realise it looks awful and when I import it into Premiere it’s the same. I can’t find a way of correcting this. The Xf Utility software doesn’t read any of it. Is there anyone out there that can HELP!
