  Captured widescreen video does not fill blank area of screen!

  Hi, I am capturing widescreen video from the television passing through a DV camcorder.

  I am using updated Premiere Pro 1.5.1 and set the project to Pal widescreen 48hz, however, the captured video does not fill the screen, it only fits inside the smallest of the safe margin lines!

  Before I render the project, I have to scale the video up to fit the screen. Surely this is not the usual way to work?

  Any help would be appreciated as the render time is obviously increased.
