Capture with Sony HDR-FX1
I recently got a HDR-FX1 to test out. I shot some footage and i am trying to bring it into FCP 4.5 and I am not getting a device. I normally use a canon XL1 with no problems so I am wondering if it is something i need to set to get this camera to talk to my computer, Any suggestions?

FCP 4.5 does not support HDV natively so you will not be able to connect the FX1 camera directly to your computer to get HD footage. It will work in DV however.
