Capture video only yet?
At this point, we are still having to always capture audio with our video in order to get batch capture to work. It’s been like this for well over a year now, and we’ve just kept doing it, but I thought that this was either an AJA or Apple problem that would get worked out. Did it? Do I need new firmware or drivers?

I have an IOLA and FCP HD, and capture video-only with no problem. Don’t know off the top of my head what AJA drivers are installed.

I had this same problem….
I think a software and firmware update from Aja fixed the problem. Can’t remember exactly…Hope this helps…

This problem was fixed by AJA like 6 months ago…sorry to hear you didn’t get the memo! I recommend checking their website every month…they have released two firmware updates since February alone, and they solve a LOT of problems….
