Capture & Sequence Presets for 24p & 30p
I’m looking at buying a Panansonic DVX100B and I have Final Cut Pro 4.5. I don’t see a capture preset for 30p shot in DV, only for 2:3:3:2 pulldown removal and a setting for regular DV. Anyone know what capture preset to use for capturing 30p? Also, what sequence preset to use for editing 24p, 24pa, and 30p? As a side note, if I shot in 24 or 30p, and didn’t convert it in the computer, but just let it stay at 29.97, would it still look better than 60i?
