  capture sd for hdv project

  I’m editing an hdv project in 1080i/60 on Avid Xpress Pro HD and want to add some material shot on beta sp. I plan to capture this on an Adrenaline. Would DNxHD -145 be the best resolution if it’s available? Would DV25 also work? Is the way to do this properly to create a new project in the Adrenaline, save the project and capture the media onto a drive via firewire, then transfer the new project and the new media to the computer with Avid Xpress? Then could I open the new bins and save them in my hdv project?
