Capture Problem:
Hello,
I have only ever really edited 8mm & 16mm film (with the exception of a few Avid Free projects about 3 years ago), so I am pretty much entering the world of AVID Express Pro pretty “clueless.” When I try to capture my DV footage, only the sound is captured, and my image only shows up as a still photo (?!?!) None of the Avid “help” books that I have even mention this as a possibility of happening. Might any of you know what might be causing this, and if there is a solution? I would be most thankful!

Hi Jim,
Most of the time this problem relates to what video card you have in your system. So, what video card do you have in your system?
