    Hi

I’m trying to understand what my premiere needs to be able to capture to quicktime format .mov. I’m on windows and all I get is .avi’s.

The thing is when i try to import avis into after effects is crashes, but it works fine wit .mov’s.

Are there speceial “QuickTime video capture drivers”?

Should I try to get my capture to .mov’s or get my AE to work with .avi’s?

I would really appreciate any input on this!
    Thanks
    Martin

Premiere Pro does not capture MOV files. I would strongly reccomend diagnosing the AVI problem.

    Hi!

    Thanks for your reply!
I will look into the AVI thing and see what I can find.

If that fails, du you have any good capture apps to capture in quicktime format for windows?

    Thanks again!

No, sorry. However, I do use ScLive to capture AVI files.
