Capture in FCP 5…edit clip in Soundtrack Pro…Problem.
G5 dual 2.7, 4GB RAM, OS10.4.2, FCP Studio, all latest updates. Capturing through AJA Io OR direct Firewire from a variety of cameras and tape decks. Always DV NTSC. Two differnt systems with the same specs.

Seems to me you could not send anything but stereo (i.e make them stereo pairs on a temp basis), then pan them accordingly in Soundtrack as a work around…
