  Capture Help

  G’day All!

  One of me colleges just shot some footage on the JVC GY-HD100 in the HDV-SD60P format. For some ‘ol reason I can’t get her to capture. I was wonderin’ if any of you blokes could help me out. What codec should I use? I am using firewire on FCP 5.1.4. Have I lost it, or is this as complicated as it looks? Thanks ya!
