    capture HDV video with Adobe Premiere Pro and Sony HDR-FX1

    I am trying to capture some HDV video using AP and my Sony HDR-FX1 video camera. I am pretty sure I have the video camera on the correct settings but I don’t know about AP. Can someone advise me on the correct AP settings?

    What is man that you should be mindful of him?

    Just set it to Sony & Standard. It works for me.

    You should mention what version of Ppro are you using? Ver 1(Prem 7) doesn’t work with HDV, Ver 1.5 needs a downloadable upgrade, Ver 2 its built in
