    Capture freezes in FCP with multibridge

    System; Apple 8core 12 gb RAM
    Capturing Apple ProRes 422
    Black Magix Multibridge Eclipse

    I am capturing in FCP capture from a Vialta HD telecine. When capturing, using capture now, there are some instances when the image in the capture window freezes for a second. When this happens the clip has a jump cut in it with a break in the audio. All audio after this brake is out of sync with the picture.

    I am using an eSata raid 0 with 1.9TB left on a 3TB raid.

    I need help

    Hi,

    Any issues capturing to another drive, maybe the internal drive? If it doesn’t happen, then maybe there’s an issue with your eSata raid?
